The Super Falcons of Nigeria has been drawn into the ‘Group of Death’ for the 2015 Women’s World Cup.
The African champions will take on the world No. 1 ranked Americans, No. 5 Sweden – who was not a seeded team — as well as No. 10 Australia in the toughest group of the competition taking place from June 6-July 5 in Canada.
The Final Draw took place on Saturday at the Canadian Museum of History in Ottawa.
Six seeded teams were assigned groups in order to get specific teams in specific venues according to Jerome Valcke, FIFA secretary general.
