This update is appreciated. There is no electricity to watch it here in Enugu. The EEDC gives estimated bills here. Do not read meters nor do they install new ones. Do not even talk about Pre Paid meters. No light but they will give high estmated bills every month. I hope President Buhari looks into the Power matter as fast as possible.
