A total of 1,163 displaced children have been enrolled into primary school in Damasak, Mobbar local government area of Borno state.

The children were enrolled upon the visit of Babagana Zulum, governor of the state, to the area.

The pupils who hail from Guzamala and Abadam local government areas had been out of school since the displacement of their parents and guardians by Boko Haram insurgents.
