Nigeria kick started their All African Women’s football Games campaign with a 3-0 thrashing of Basetsana of South Africa at the Stade des Chenes in Rabat, Morocco.
The Falconets showed no mercy to their South African counterparts with a professional performance at the Stade Académie Mohammed VI on Saturday.
Monday Gift, Zainab Olapade and Cynthia Aku were on song for the Nigerian side.
The 2019 African Games women’s football tournament will be the 5th edition of the African Games women’s football tournament.

U20 national teams are allowed to take part in the tournament, with Nigeria drawn in Group B of the competition, to contend with Cameroon, South Africa and Zambia
