Teams have registered a total of 25 away wins in 330 games in the ongoing 23/24 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.
According to statistics released by the NPFL board on Tuesday, home teams in league secured victories in 226 games while 79 fixtures ended in a draw.
A total of 708 goals were also scored across 33 matchdays with five rounds of matches still to be played.
Out of those goals, 512 were scored by home teams while 196 strikes were recorded by away sides — including 13 own goals.

NPFL said teams in the league averaged over two goals per match in the round of games that had been played.
Sikiru Alimi, Remo Stars’ forward, remains the top scorer with 14 goals in as many games while Enugu Rangers, who are league leaders, are also the team with the best attack after scoring 49 goals.
Bendel Insurance have conceded the least goals at 25 while relegation-bound Gombe United have conceded the most goals at 61.

A total of 85 penalties awarded, with 65 converted and 20 missed. While 1,268 yellow cards were issued, with 43 players getting red-carded.
The NPFL resumed on May 26 after a month-long hiatus for River United to play five outstanding matches due to its involvement in the CAF Confederation Cup.
Matchday 34 of the league is billed for June 1 and 2 as Rangers face Sporting Lagos at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena and Remo Stars will be hosting Kano Pillars.
