2face confirms Plantashun Boiz reunion

2face, Faze and Blackface, the members of defunct music group Plantashun Boiz, are set to thrill their fans once more with a new song.

Speaking with Net on Wednesday, 2face, the acclaimed king of African pop and the most successful of the three, confirmed that the trio were not only still in contact but were also working together again.

“Actually, we are working on a song together,” 2baba, as he prefers to be called now, said.

He did not divulge any more information on the song, but there is no doubt it will excite their longtime fans.

The music group, which came out with hits like You and I, Say you believe me, Ocean of Passion, Cousin’s Cousin, Don’t You Know, split in 2004. They later reunited in 2007 to release an album, Plan B.
