5 receive biz class tickets in Glo Festival of Joy Promo

Globacom on Friday continued spreading joy to its subscribers across the country as it presented business class return tickets (Lagos-Paris-London-Lagos) to a new set of winners of its Festival of Joy promotion in Lagos.

Earlier on Wednesday a Lagos-based Engineer became the first house winner in this year’s promo and was presented the keys to an apartment he won in Lekki, Lagos.

The second prize presentation event which was held at Gloworld, Adeola Odeku, Victoria Island, saw the presentation of Business Class return tickets to 5 lucky Nigerians. They emerged in the draws held earlier in the week.

Head of Enterprise Business, Globacom, Zakari Usman, who represented the company at the event said that this edition of “Festival of Joy” promo was packaged to reward Globacom’s high net-worth subscribers for their loyalty and support for the brand over the years.

He added that, “We are indeed delighted that the Festival of Joy promo has started putting smiles on the faces of our subscribers as we continue with prize presentation events which will take us to different cities across the country”.

Those who received their prizes included Prince Adebisi Kolawole Osideinde, Baale of Irisa Community, Isara Remo, Ogun State, Engineer Sunday Shobowale and Olusola Adepoju.

Also speaking at the event, Lagos State Commissioner for Women Affairs, Mrs Cecilia Bolaji Dada rejoiced with the winners and commended Globacom for its commitment to the welfare of its numerous subscribers.

She said, “I commend Glo for the good work they are doing for Nigerians. Fantastic customer relationship is key to Glo, that’s why we are all with the network. I encourage the subscribers to keep recharging. If you don’t win now, you will later”.

Representative of Lagos Zonal Office of the National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC), Mr Arinze Ezeani, in his speech at the occasion, stated that the agency is delighted with Globacom for conforming with all rules and regulations regarding the promo. He added that winners in the promo should be rest assured that Globacom will deliver their prize across the country.

The winners were all effusive in their praise of Globacom for the prizes. Engineer Sunday Shobowale said “I am happy Glo is doing this and at this season too. It is a good thing”, while Prince Adebisi Kolawole Osideinde commended the company for unveiling the promo through which he has won a return business class ticket to Europe.

The event had in attendance Majority Leader, Lagos State House of Assembly, Honourable Nohim Babatunde Adam, Glo brand influencers and Nollywood acts, Osas Ighodaro and Tobi Bakre.
