If you do not mind the fact that Pablo Escobar was a Colombian billionaire, drug lord and narcoterrorist.
Located in Tulum, Mexico, the abandoned property turn luxury hotel Casa Malca was purchased in 2012 by art dealer Lio Malca.

The mansion has 42 rooms, private beach, outdoor and an underground swimming pools.

His cartel was said to have supplied 80% of the cocaine smuggled into the United States in early 1990s.
He was one of the richest men in his time with an estimated known net worth of $30 billion.
Escobar was killed in a shootout Colombian National Police on 2 December 1993.
