Six former militants bagged first class degrees from the Benson Idahosa University, Edo state, the amnesty office has announced.
The ex-militants were granted amnesty under the presidential amnesty programme and were admitted to the university.
Owei Lakemfa, media and communications consultant of the amnesty office, said the result, as released by the institution, showed that one ex militant graduated with a first class degree in mathematics, two in business administration, and three in political science and public administration.
According to Lakemfa, 34 others graduated from the institution with second class upper degrees.
