The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is planning two international friendlies for the Super Eagles to fill in the FIFA windows.

According to Amaju Pinnick, president of the football body, plans are in top gear to engage African champions, Ivory Coast and former world champions, Italy to play the Nigerian side.

“We are still discussing, but nothing is concluded yet but we wish to play African champions Ivory Coast in London,” he said.

“There is also a proposal to play Italy who are excited about playing Nigeria after we defeated Cameroun.
