Ahmad Kalambaina, a lawmaker representing Kware/Wamakko federal constituency of Sokoto, described Danbuga’s passing as a “great loss”.
“It is a great loss, not only to his constituency but to Nigeria as a whole. He died at a time when his family, constituency and Nigeria needed him the most,” Kalambaina said.
Kalu said it is tradition for the house to adjourn plenary when a serving member dies.
