Rotimi Akeredolu, governor of Ondo state, has appointed Taofeek Abdusalam, a former speaker of the Ondo state house of assembly, as his senior special assistant on legislative matters.
Sunday Ajiboye, the governor’s chief press secretary, disclosed this in a statement.
Abdulsalam, who hails from Ikare-Akoko in Akoko north-east local government area, was speaker between 2008 and 2010.
Others appointed by the governor are Jones Ogunmusire senior special assistant (SSA) on administration and policy planning; Kunle Adebayo, senior special assistant on research and documentation; and Raheem Aminu, senior special assistant on infrastructure; and Doyin Odebowale, senior special assistant on special duties and strategy.
