Super Eagles to play Congo, Czech, Serbia before World Cup

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has unveiled the Super Eagles’ pre-World Cup programme ahead of the tournament in Russia.

The NFF made the announcement on Wednesday during a sponsorship agreement signing with Coca-Cola in Lagos.

The Super Eagles will play Congo on May 28 in Abuja before the warm-up game against the Three Lions of England on June 2 at Wembley Stadium.

The three-time African champions will take on Serbia on March 27 in London, after which they will play another Russia-bound team, Poland.

The Eagles are due to fly out to Austria on June 3 from London after coach Gernot Rohr would have named his final 23-man squad for the World Cup.

They will play a final friendly against the Czech Republic on June 6 in Austria.
