Ahmed Musa: I am NOT an Arsenal fan

Ahmed Musa, the Super Eagles and CSKA Moscow winger-striker, says reports that he did not sign for Tottenham Hotspur of England because he is a fervent supporter of Arsenal.

Musa also told TheCable that he is not thinking for now about moving to another club.

He said: “All are just talks. No truth in them.”

“I am a CSKA Moscow fan through and through.”

Musa said he does not want to talk about Leicester City coming to Moscow to discuss his possible move in the summer to the club.

“I don’t want to talk about this right now. My focus right now is my club CSKA Moscow and how to ensure that we win the cup at the end of the season,” he said.

Asked about the possibility of a move, he said: “Let’s wait till then… we will find out.”

Musa said scoring the only goal against Spartak Moscow in a Russian league game on Sunday that gave his club CSKA victory in a derby clash gave him “a wonderful feeling”.

“I feel good and happy scoring the only goal against Spartak. Hoping, praying and working harder for more of such,” he said.
