Lucky Aiyedatiwa, governor of Ondo state, has dissolved the state executive council.

The governor,  however, exempted Kayode Ajulo,  the state’s attorney-general, and Omowunmi Isaac, the commissioner for finance, “due to the critical nature of their duties”.

A statement on Wednesday by Ebenezer Adeniyan, chief press secretary to the governor, said the cabinet dissolution takes immediate effect.

“The governor of Ondo state, Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has approved the dissolution of the State Executive Council, with immediate effect,” the statement reads.
