Rotimi Akeredolu, governor of Ondo state, has approved the list of caretaker chairmen for all the 18 local government (LG) areas in the state.
Segun Ajiboye, chief press secretary to the governor, disclosed this in a statement issued on Sunday.
Akeredolu had directed the former chairmen to leave office on Friday.
He based his action on the ruling of a state high court which voided the April 2016 election that brought the former officials into office.
