APC chieftain lauds FG for establishing 2 tertiary institutions in Daura

Usman Ado, the All Progressives Congress (APC) zonal vice chairman in Daura, Katsina state, has commended the federal government for creating two higher institutions in the town.

The federal government had approved the creation of a university of transportation and a federal polytechnic in Daura, the hometown of President Muhammadu Buhari.

In an interview with NAN on Monday, Ado said the decision is timely and important towards increasing access to higher education in the area.

The party chieftain said the institutions will provide scholarship and boost access to good education for Nigerians.
