The American Express Leadership Academy is seeking to train potential leaders in the non-profit space.
The programme, which has both online and in-person session in London, UK, between July 9 and 12, 2024, seeks to build “resilient changemakers”.
In a notice, Marie Mohan, managing director of Common Purpose, said the academy “builds the personal, business and leadership skills of high potential non-profit and social purpose leaders”.
“The programme is designed to support a new generation of resilient changemakers across Europe, Ghana, Kenya, the Middle East, Nigeria, North Africa, South Africa and the UK,” Mohan said.

The managing director said the academy partnered with Common Purpose in 2010 to achieve the aforementioned goals.
The notice said applicants must work for a registered non-profit and/or social enterprise organisation.
It said applicants should have between five to eight years of experience in the social sector or its equivalent and should be at a point where the academy is in the position to accelerate their growth.
