Arsenal have agreed to pay £6.8m to Belgian side, Eupen, for the signing of Nigerian striker Henry Onyekuru.
The 19-year-old who is currently on international duty with the Super Eagles in Paris is yet to agree on personal terms, according to Skysports.
Onyekuru made his international debut for Nigeria against Corsica on Friday.
He was the joint top scorer in Belgium last year with 20 goals and Celtic had a bid for him turned down in January.
