Arsenal Ladies football club of England have officially announced the departure of Nigerian striker Asisat Oshoala to Dalian Quanjian of China.
Arsenal Ladies acknowledged the contributions of Oshoala while she was with the team.

“We would like to thank Asisat for her contribution to Arsenal Ladies during the 2016 season and wish her well in her upcoming move, which is subject to the completion of the player registration process,” reads a statement on the club’s official website.
The striker, who signed for Arsenal Ladies in January 2016, will reportedly earn N7m a month at her new club.

Oshoala won the Women’s FA Cup with Arsenal Ladies at her first year with the club.
She was the highest goal scorer (6 goals) at the 2016 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations where she helped the Super Falcons win an eighth AWCON title.
Oshoala won the BBC Women’s Footballer of the Year in 2015.
