Leandro Trossard scored a second half winner as Arsenal laboured to a 1-0 win against Everton in their English Premier League (EPL) encounter at Goodison Park on Sunday.
Mikel Arteta’s side continued their unbeaten start to the season despite Sean Dyche setting up his team to frustrate their visitors.
The scrappy affair produced a boring first half as Everton stopped Arsenal from settling into a rhythm, thwarting their every attack.
Trossard, on as a substitute, finally broke Everton’s resolve in the 70th minute, finishing off a short corner routine to hand the Gunners all three points.

Arsenal moved up to fourth with 13 points from five matches — now level on points with Liverpool and Tottenham — while Everton are 18th with one point.
In the other match of the day, Chelsea continued their poor start to the season with a 0-0 draw at Bournemouth.
The Blues hit the post twice and had a goal ruled out for offside in a largely forgettable encounter.
