Former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar has prayed to God to give President Muhammadu Buhari the energy to govern Nigeria.
In a statement on Friday, the former number two citizen described Buhari’s return as a happy moment not only as fellow party member (Abubakar is a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress), but also as a Nigerian that has “tremendous goodwill and best wishes for the president”
Buhari arrived the country on Friday after a 49-day vacation in the United Kingdom.
Abubakar also advised Nigerians to unite with common interest rather than “nurse bitterness.”
