Key politicians in Jigawa and Kano states, north-west Nigeria, are queuing behind Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Sule Lamido, and Musa Rabiu Kwankwaso, former governors of Kano and Jigawa states respectively, have been given the mandate to deliver their states.
Mammoth crowd have attended rallies organised by the PDP in the north-west.
