Babangida Aliyu, former governor of Niger state, has commended Uba Sani, governor of Kaduna.
Aliyu spoke on Saturday when he led a delegation from the Sardauna Memorial Foundation to Sani at the Sir Kashim Ibrahim House.
The delegation was there to offer their condolences over the recent bombing incident in Kaduna.
Aliyu said Sani is leading the people of Kaduna without inflicting hardship on them.

He also praised the governor for allocating 100 hectares of land for the Arewa Unity University project.
Aliyu said the allocation is seen as a significant step towards the overall development of the region.
In his response, Sani expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the Sardauna Memorial Foundation, particularly in education.

He drew their attention to the alarming number of out-of-school children in the northern region and emphasised the unwavering commitment of northern governors to tackling the issue.
