Bad girl Riri stars in animated movie

We get to see or rather hear the award-winning and very controversial singer, Rihanna, as a cute little girl in the animated movie, Home.

Rihanna, who made her big screen debut in the 2012 Science-fiction movie, Battleship, plays the role of a little saucy girl in the animated movie. This is her second time on the big screen.

Rihanna’s character, named Tip, befriends an alien (played by Jim Parsons), who she goes on a wild adventure with. She is also seen as a heroine who saves planet earth in the make-believe animated world.

The movie is based on the popular children’s book, The True Meaning of Smekday, by Adam Rex.

The Dream Works Animation film Home also stars Jennifer Lopez and Steve Martin. The effort is scheduled to open in US theatres in March 2015.
