Four states — Bauchi, Adamawa, Plateau and Sokoto state — do not have a clear cut governors elect following the inconclusive nature of the guber polls.
In all these states, the margin of win has been smaller than the number of cancelled votes, narrowing the race to any of the top two candidates game to take.

He declared the poll inconclusive.

The story is not any different in Plateau state, where Simon Lalong of the APC is seeking re-election.
