Cross, the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season six housemate, says the initial finalists had considered White Money as the show’s winner.
The 31-year-old Abuja socialite spoke on Monday following the return of Pere and Angel to the ‘Shine Ya Eye’ house.
On Sunday, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the show host, had instructed Pere and Angel to leave the house in what appeared to be a fake eviction — only for the duo to return after about 24 hours in the white room, where they played the ‘trucks and screwdrivers’ game.
Hailing the returnees, Cross welcomed both Pere and Angel with an affectionate hug, saying he was glad to see them make it to the final.

Cross added that before they returned to the house, he and the two other finalists — Liquorose and Emmanuel — had already finalised that White Money will win the N90 million grand prize.
“So you made it,” he said in a surprised manner to Pere and Angel.
“We have already put this one (White Money) as the winner of the competition. He has won the competition already.

“We’re just preparing our mind on who will come second, third, and fourth.”
Reacting to Cross’ position, Liquorose, the 26-year-old dancer, said now that the duo are back, they are now unsure of who will emerge winner of the show.
“As we’re now top six, we are no more sure again,” she said.
