David Beckham’s son Brooklyn has signed a one-year deal at Arsenal, beating off competition from Manchester United and Chelsea.
The 15-year-old, who is Beckham’s oldest son, is an Arsenal fan.
The deal could be for a long-term if Brooklyn continues to shine on the pitch for the under-16s.
A source at the club have said Brooklyn ‘stood out’ in all the training sessions he had done at Arsenal, which included playing competitive games.

“Brooklyn is talented and he has stood out in all of the training sessions and games he has played,” the source told the Daily Star.
“He has had other teams sniffing around and it was always going to be a case of when, not if, he was signed up by a big-name club.
“Next summer we may see him sign a big-money deal and with Arsenal.”

His younger brothers Romeo, 12, and Cruz, 9, have also impressed the Arsenal youth set-ups.
