A fake Twitter account for the CommonWealth Zion Assembly (COZA) has been detected.
COZA has been trending on social media since Busola Dakolo, celebrity photographer and wife of Timi Dakolo, Nigerian singer, accused Biodun Fatoyinbo, its founder, of rape.
The fake account with name COZA and handle @COZAministries, had 304 tweets and 490 followers as of the time this report was filed.
Since the allegation set the internet abuzz, the trend of tweets from the account changed from inspirational posts to defending Fatoyinbo.

In one of its latest tweets, it asked those asking Fatoyinbo to step down pastor till he is cleared of the allegations to “Channel the energy you use in tweeting #PastorStepDown to #SaveOndoFromInsecurity , and by doing so, you’ll do the society and the human race a whole lot of good. Selah!”

Meanwhile, the known Twitter account of the church has username COZA Global and handle @cozaglobal, with 68,300 tweets and 42,400 followers as of Sunday morning.

Similarly, a fake Twitter account was opened for Busola shortly after her story went viral.

Dakolo had confirmed that his wife does not have a Twitter account.
