Femi Otedola, billionaire businessman, celebrated Aliko Dangote, Africa’s richest man, with a touching tribute on his 62nd birthday.

On his official Instagram page on Wednesday, the business tycoon affectionately described Dangote as his “brother” and the “greatest man that has come out of Africa”.

Listing his business achievements, Otedola said Dangote is a “titan that God created specially for mankind”.

“Happy birthday to the greatest man that has come out of Africa. My brother, the Visionary, owner of the 2nd largest sugar refinery in the world, the largest cement factory in the world, one of the largest flour mills in the world, the 2nd largest fertiliser plant in the world that is due for completion, and the biggest oil refinery in the world. Aliko Dangote is a titan that God created specially for mankind. You have broken every boundary in worldwide business and industry. Thanks for the brotherly love,” the post read.

The two business moguls, who are often spotted together while attending various social functions and international vacation trips, have a long history of close friendship.

They are also known to publicly support each other’s goals and career achievements.

In March, Dangote clinched first position in Forbes’s list of world’s black billionaires for the year 2019, with a fortune estimated at $10.9 billion.
