Okon Abang, the presiding judge, ordered that Metuh must produce two sureties who own property in the Maitama area of Abuja.
He was also asked to submit his international passport.
Last week, Abang ordered that Metuh be transferred to Kuje prison from the custody of the Economic of Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), where had been since his arrest on January 5.

The anti-graft agency alleged that he recieved N1.2 billion from Sambo Dasuki, former national security adviser, an allegation which he denied.

Earlier on Tuesday, officials of the Nigerian Prison Service brought him to court in handcuffs.
