Idris Wada, former governor of Kogi state, is currently at the headquarters of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Abuja.
A source told TheCable that the former governor is being grilled over a N500 million he allegedly collected from Diezani Alison-Madueke, former minister of petroleum resources.
“He has been in custody of the anti-graft agency since 12 noon,” the source said.
Alison-Madueke allegedly disbursed $115 million through Nenadi Usman, director of finance of the Goodluck Jonathan Campaign Organisation.
