The Lagos state police command has released names and photographs of its men involved in the killing of Kolade Johnson, a football fan.
A stray bullet hit the deceased during a raid by the anti-cultism unit of the command at Onipetesi, Lagos-Abeokuta road on Sunday.
The incident had sparked a nationwide outrage, with the police authorities promising Nigerians that the killers would be brought to book.
When Zubairu Muazu, the state commissioner of police, led a condolence visit to the family of the deceased earlier on Tuesday, he spoke of the commitment of the police to bring the suspects to book.
