At least 15 persons were killed in Potiskum, Yobe state, on Tuesday when a suicide bomber struck at the Tashar Dan-Borno motor park within the town.
A source told TheCable that the incident happened around 11: 50 am.
“Passengers were boarding a vehicle heading to Kano when the incident happened,” the source said.
“There are casualties, only that figures are not yet available.”

However, Reuters quoted a security source as saying 10 people were killed in the latest attack, which is the third in the community in February.
On Sunday, a 9-year-old girl believed to be working for the Boko Haram sect, detonated a bomb at the Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) market in the town, killing at least five people.
Earlier on February 1, a suicide attack in Potiskum also led to the death of six persons.
