Suspected hoodlums have set the Ojodu police station in Lagos state on fire.
TheCable gathered that the hoodlums overpowered security operatives before setting the station ablaze.
At least eight police stations were burnt down across Lagos on Wednesday.
Ojodu has been one of the flashpoints in the wake of violence across Lagos.

In the last 48 hours, security operatives have dispersed mob which gathered at the station in the attempt to vandalise it.
The offices of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) and Vehicle Inspection Unit at Ojodu were set ablaze by suspected hoodlums on Wednesday.
Many vehicles were also razed during the incident.

A terminus of the Bus Rapid Transport (BRT) at Berger, which is close to Ojodu, was also torched.
Babajide Sanwo-Olu, governor of Lagos, had imposed a 24-hour curfew following violent attacks across the state but hoodlums went on rampage despite the measure
