Abdulsalami Abubakar, former military head of state, held a closed-door meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the presidential villa in Abuja on Thursday.
The former military ruler arrived Aso Rock around 3pm and moved into the president’s office.
Abdusalami, who is the chairman of the peace committee of the 2015 general election, refused to brief reporters on the details of the meeting, which lasted 25 minutes.
