President Muhammadu Buhari will on Wednesday host the World Cup-bound Super Eagles at the presidential villa, Abuja.
According to a statement made available to TheCable by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), the Eagles will be hosted by the president before the weekly federal executive council meeting.
The statement read: “Solomon Dalung, minister of youth and sports, will present the country’s ambassadors to President Buhari, hours before they are due to fly to London aboard a chartered aircraft.”
The team will play two more friendlies against the Czech Republic and England before the World Cup begins.
