President Muhammadu Buhari is currently meeting with Rex Tillerson, US secretary of state, at the presidential villa in Abuja.
Tillerson is expected to hold a press conference with Geoffrey Onyeama, minister of foreign affairs, after meeting with Buhari.
The meeting started after Buhari returned from a visit to Benue state.
The president had gone to condole with the state after suspected herdsmen killed over 70 people in the state in January.

The US secretary of state will leave the country after the press conference.
