Many dream of a perfect life. Where things work out as we expect them to.
Going to school, graduating when planned, getting a job immediately, getting married and then having kids and being successful.

Then life hits us.
Sometimes we feel like throwing in the towel because we’re just wondering what’s the point of it all?
Why struggle through school and graduate with a good degree only not to get a job immediately?

Why get married at a young age and still have infertility issues?
Why profess and chase after integrity when its still the unscrupulous ones that get promoted instead?
There will always be many why’s.
When the debts are high and the funds are low. When it seems like the odds are against you; determine not to allow your mind drown in negativity.

Defining what you can and cannot change and generally focusing on realistic expectations for yourself and the situation helps you garner strength and recoup when life overwhelms you.
We barely have 10 weeks to the end of year and its natural to feel anxious about where we should be or what we should have done.
Bring your attention back to now. Stick to the present. Rather than worrying about the future, focus on what is actually in your power to do now!
Anger, complaining, fretting or any other way we try to evade pain/stress when things go wrong will not change the situation.

The right mindset will always carry you through. Always.
Maybe you need to look at your life from someone else’s point of view. Sometimes we are too close to a situation to see it for what it could be to someone else.

The truth is, there is always something to be thankful for. The things going well. The simple pleasures and hidden gifts in difficult times.
Choose to look for the lessons. Challenging situations often have a lot to teach us.

Fill your space with anything/anyone that inspires and motivates you. Not those who throw a pit party with/for you.
Take care of yourself. Rejuvenate if you have to. Just don’t shut down.

Take one step after another.
Accept where you are;
But keep on moving.
Remember Freedom is Peace; Optimism is Nature; Action is always within reach. BE MORE!
