Nigeria Professional Football League champions, Kano Pillars, will face FC Moghreb Tetouan of Morocco in the first round of this year’s CAF Champions League competition.
Pillars defeated Al Malakia of South Sudan 3-0 in Kano on Saturday, for a 5-0 aggregate win, while Moghreb edged C.O.B. of Mali 3-2 on aggregate.
The Kano giants host the first leg of the fixture against Moghreb at the Sani Abacha Stadium on Saturday, March 14.
Dolphins FC, who had to endure a penalty shoot-out win over Leones Vegetarianos of Equatorial Guinea after both teams were tied 1-1 on aggregate, now take on Club Africain of Tunisia. The Confederation Cup first leg game is in Tunis on March 13.

Warri Wolves, who hammered Racing Club Bobo-Dioulasso of Burkina Faso 4-0 on aggregate, will play the winner of the fixture between Dedebit of Ethiopia and Cote d’Or of Seychelles.
