CAF Confederation Cup: Etoile silence Rangers in Enugu

Etoile du Sahel put one foot in the quarterfinals of the CAF Confederation Cup with an impressive 0-2 victory against Enugu Rangers at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

The Flying Antelopes were looking forward to maintaining their 100 percent home record in the CAF second-tier club competition but they met their Waterloo in Enugu.

Rangers had lost 2-1 to the visitors in the reverse fixture last Sunday.

It further dampened their hopes of pulling through to the last eight after picking four points from four games.
