Enyimba’s game against Al-Ittihad in the Confederation Cup has been postponed by CAF over COVID-19 travel restrictions.

The People’s Elephants confirmed the development in a statement issued on their website on Saturday.

Due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, the two-time CAF Champions League winners were unable to fly out from Casablanca airport to Tunisia to honour the match.

The Enyimba players were said to have been unable to present their COVID-19 vaccination cards to the Moroccan immigration officials.
