Does it really matter now the office location or type of edifice bequeathed to the incoming governor? The people of that old city need industries, construction of new roads infact, wealth creating enviroment to wake up the sleepy old coal city. Let’s plan beter for a committed governor can function very well finally from a three bed room flat. Opulence amid indegence.
