Kano has experienced a handful of fire outbreaks in recent months.

In February, the divisional police office in Nassarawa LGA was gutted by fire and a major building in the headquarters was affected.

A month later, the Dan’aguDan’agundiicity transmission station in the state was also engulfed by fire, damaging high-performance capacity transformers.
