Cobhams Asuquo and Bez Idakula, two Nigerian musical icons, released an interesting track on Tuesday.
Titled: “Do The Right Thing”, the song urged listeners to always strive towards the right endeavours.
Cobhams took to twitter to tell the world that the new piece is not just another single but a movement.
“For Bez and I, this is not just another song. This is an attempt to encourage a movement, a call to #DoTheRightThing,” he tweeted.

He went on to say that people do not need a hero to tell them what really needs to be done.
“We don’t need another phantom hero; all we need is you and me to chase corruption out of town. #DoTheRightThing.”
Cobhams advised that hope should always be kept alive irrespective of the challenges.

“You can be a pepper seller or a movie star, doesn’t really matter who you are, do the right thing. You can be a politician or a police man, you gotta take the stand and do the right thing,” a portion of the lyrics says.
Cobhams, the founder of Cobhams Asuquo Music Production (CAMP) is an award-winning producer.
His song, Ordinary People, won the best recording at The Headies 2014.
