Question: So, a serving or retired civil servant, who earns or earned less than four million naira in a year can afford a property worth two hundred and fifty million naira, which is more than his salary for a period of over sixty years, two times his working life?
my brother, it is either the court does not want to grant him bail or the director civil servant is also a thief whom the court is looking for.
