COVID-19, #EndSARS protest, Kankara saga… Top 20 photographs of 2020

In less than 24 hours, 2020 will draw its curtains on the world. From COVID-19 which resulted in economies shutting down across different countries, to the #EndSARS protest/riots that went on to become a global phenomenon, it’s been a year filled with challenges, grief, excitement and hope.

How about the US election which was marked by controversies? And then just as 2020 prepared to come to a close, Nigeria was the global talking point again, when over 300 schoolboys from Government Science Secondary School, Kankara, Katsina state, were abducted by bandits. What a year it has been!
