Pat Bassey, coordinator of the organizing committee, also confirmed that about 180 players would tee off at the final event scheduled for February 15, at the golf section of Ikoyi Club 1938, Lagos.
“The final field of players will comprise those that had made the cut from the men’ and ladies’ qualifiers held on February 1 and 4, special friends and guests of the foundation, as well as veteran players,” Bassey said.
“To mark the 10th edition of the charity golf tournament, the foundation plans to display a compendium of its achievements in touching lives over these years, in addition to unfolding our plans for 2020.

“We hope that our corporate and individual sponsors and donors who have consistently supported us would use the event to appreciate the mileage of their support in the focus areas of healthcare and education for the less privileged and communities across Nigeria.”
Ebi Pinnick, a member of the organizing committee, said: “At the cocktail event of the final day, we would appreciate the corporate organizations, groups and individuals who have helped the foundation to touch lives of the indigent and underprivileged in the society – who are the ultimate beneficiaries of the tournament.”
The annual event will be rounded off on February 15, with an award night at the golf section of Ikoyi Club.
