Emeka Mba, director-general (DG) of the Nigeria Broadcasting Commission (NBC), is “in the custody” of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), TheCable understands.
A top official of the anti-graft agency, who confirmed Mba’s “arrest”, said he could not say when Mba would be released because he was still under “intense interrogation”.
“Yes, he (Mba) is in our custody. He is still being questioned,” he said.
