Egwuekwe: Time for me to move abroad

Super Eagles defender, Azubuike Egwuekwe, has confirmed his readiness to take his career beyond the Nigeria Professional Football League.

The Warri Wolves defender has had his fair share of appearances for the Super Eagles in the past three years and he is now itching to take his game outside the shores of the country.

“I think this is the right time for me to move abroad, because I have received so many offers. I really don’t know how it will turn out but I just hope it works out for me this time,” he said.

“There have been offers in the past but for one reason or the other, they haven’t materialised but I hope this is the time for me, I hope this is the time for the offers to bear fruit.”
